Market for selling guilds?

Well I made a guild and its level 3 which is good enough for me but im wondering if I should level it to 5 and then sell it.
my question is can i sell it for a profit? and can i sell it at all?

guild them then make them pay, first, then transfer leadership, if you controll it they can't scam you, though hopfully you are honest to not scam them

Trust me! Do NEVER try to buy a guild unless you know the person! ive been scammed too man times by this

yea ill be the one selling the guild, definatly not forking over the guild first, lol and the mercs thing is what makes me wonder.
