56k warning

I have been an internet junkie for about 10 years now, I havent used dial up in like 9 years no. So to me, the phrase "56k warning" (on all threads with lotsa pics n shit) is somewhat pointless. NOW I understand that I don’t represent the whole, but only a part of the whole. So im curious to see how many people use 56k? therefore, how many people is this phrase relevant to? And holy shit how does sro hold on 56k??? Is that even possible?

It's rather pointless, yes. But it's a good warning to those with a slow computer/internet.

i tried 56k one time and it player sro fine but there was a little bit of lag like 1 sec lag

Go to the SRF memberlist and sort the members on registering date. SO that Ryoko will be first.

Then one of the first 10 members I guess is on 56k.................
