The last major banlist was in March 27th 2007 started with Xian and then after each other server.

It happened 2 times ago, but the gold bots just filled up again in a week, so it's not really a big loss for JM...

hm you see notice next week saying "sorry we misplaced the list so we decided to not do it anymore" or something like "we forgot about it because we were working too hard on the event bug problem"
