i left about 3 months ago when i found out there was no way to log in without silk. but now i came to this forum and found out tht there is gonna be a massive bot ban. that made me thinkin, should i come back? also, i saw posts about no dc clients, and it doesn't seem u get banned for using it in SRF. so should i come back? i heard there is an event goin on. and can anyone tell me wat exactly no-dc clients do?
and for the mods, good job on putting the exposed botter sub forum, it seems a lot of SRF members were bot .

last quesion for Odin players: are there still people in DW? i downloaded silkroad about 2 months ago, and saw no one in DW, so i deleted SRO again .

one more question, should i change my pure int s/s to pure int spear? i want to lvl every fast, but dont like europe, so shud i change it?

Stay away from Silkroad while you can! Before you become addicted. Nah really if you get passed all the negativity of the game. Its a really really really good game.

No dc user admission is a 7 day forum ban.
The current event (capture the flag) will end Tuesday (server inspection).
As for your location, i've tried Pluto (P L U T O ) in my location field and i got the Pluto tag.

That's what I was thinking. After the 7 days ban they are still gonna be using it. Its like slapping a kid in the hand for eating a cookie. He'll still come back unless you beat him xD lol jk.

If i use a no-dc client i wil be banned for 7 days? and then if i use it again i will get banned again for 7 days? o well i wont dl it then

Two of my Sparta friends got hacked because of the noDC client. They hate it now.

To be honest, I would find another Asian style grinder. I enjoyed silkroad back in the day. But playing it today is honestly not worth it.

Odin has more people in dw than of a couple months ago as it continues to mature as a server. It's still one of the coolest most chill servers

I also tried to come back but I wasn't able to log in.

The only thing improved with SRO was the security. If you have no premium, you're items can't get stolen. You still can get hacked so they gain your ID and PW, but they can't log in.

MaliceArmy union is a legit union dominating Odin server o_o; Even before Venus did with Avalon union.

Totally agree; find yourself a new time consuming hobby, then wait around 8 more months to come back. Maybe when all players leave the game, JoyMax will finally get it clean (or shut it down)

I no longer try to log in for an hour, I just try a couple times and if I dont get on I simply go play LineageII or some other game
The Silkroad Log In can really piss me off

Well, I've left SRO until this "massive bot ban" occurs, and I'll decide whether or not to come back once I see what JoyMax actually does.

And if you do come back, stick with s/s for your pure INT, in my opinion.

you quit mercury? ya that server blows, if you do wanna come back, try coming to venus and get on a server where the bots can't even keep an organized guild
