Well when I tried to log in in december 2007, it was allready hard off course. But the F5-way on rev6 helped pretty good.
So I'm refreshing on rev6 and then when the server is yellow for a moment, I hit confirm and I'm in.
But the last 3 days that didn't work. Even when there were 8 free spots in the server. :/
Has anything changed in the past 2 months with the logging in?

no dc client

rev6 is not real time, nt really helpful

by the time rev6 posts stats, its already a few seconds late...

and i click confirm without rev6 and i can still get on with about 10 minutes...
who needs no dc when i can close and reopen game faster than no dc works :S

Then you must be damn fast, and you cant as you first need to open the launcher then press Start.

You shouldn't be asking for an illegal way to log in to the game. This is a legit forum and for that my friend, IMHO, you should be banned.

Yup, the best time to try is when the CTF event starts

Yup, DC time.

Well, rev6 always worked for me, but now it isnt working anymore as it did last december.

Ha. I never did anything illegal with this game and I am not planning to. I just asked this because maybe there are people taking the empty spots very fast in a probably illegal way.

Just to remind our users:

* no dc user admission = 7 day ban
* no dc download link = (temp) ban

No dc clients often go with either keyloggers or with other illegal software such as multiclients and/or bots and are therefore not allowed on SRF.

I'm going to leave this topic open but better continue discussing this way

Its true. Someone in my union was talking about how they got hacked and are gonna go straight up legit in NoDC because of this. I told them why download it...just ake 10 more minutes to log in. I usually check SRF if I cannot connect and then i'll try again so I wont be bored.

People have been using nodc clients for a while..

The only new-new thing I've heard about for logging in was some autoit script that is suppose to do the whole login process for you.. even decode the image verification (which joymax should remove because obviously it isn't doing anything.)

I dont think that's correct, i've seen a description about a no dc client which does everything for you, but it wasn't working.. not saying that i've used it xD NO BAN, I DIDNT USE IT

It is fairly easy to write your own...

even no dc client doesn't help u that much. you save like what, a few sec from re opening the client? but the server still needs empty space before you can log in.

Banning for something that helps you login...

saves you from errors re-opening the client , saves you from retyping a weird 12 dig pass and user ID ...but dont you do it, dont you do it samwise!
