Question about Premium

Okay, does Premium only work on the account I active it on that server or does it work for all servers? Also do my other characters get the bonuses?

I finally am deciding to buy the premium for a month or two just so I can get silkroad out of my system :p

Only works on the certain server and the bonuses only apply to 1 character.
