Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

Please understand that this preparation has took a long time because we have increased the accuracy of blocking massive number of bots without harming good intentioned players.
In order to promote clean gaming environment, we ask our users not to use bots, as using bots will block the user's account permanently.
Important

Please select answer or reply when responding to this e-mail [EMAIL CENSORED] (it was ending on gmail)
We will announce further information regarding the date of punishment when it's ready.

That's usually the case with phishing scams. When receiving messages like this, it's always a good idea to either ignore it, or if you feel it might be legitimate, contact the person/company about it yourself - with a KNOWN GOOD phone number or other contact information, rather than simply responding to the email.
Companies would never need you to give them personal information, including your ID and/or password for
any reason, especially through email.

It's not about he got the right email or not. It's about u leaked your personal info somewhere. That's serious.
Say, how many of u know my address email?

Doesnt really matter if someone knows your email address...dont get your point. Specially since more than likely they just got it off a forum
