Um if ive done something wrong im sry but i cant seem to start the Chinese beginner Quest!!!! I go up to the general after making charrie and theres no quest to accept! I havent made a new chinese character for some time so maybe its changed. PLEASE HELP!

I know aye!! I made a euro coz i got boredd and i could do the tutorial but the friggin stamina is at 50% message kept popping up even at lv 20!!! WWTTTFFFF!!!!

why even bother?
the exp and stuff you get from the quest is equivilant to 5 minutes grinding
