Hybrid INT Spear

I may make a hybrid INT Spear later on, but I was wondering...
Can a lv80 1:7 Spear take Snowshield MAXED at lv80? I'll probably be wearing a Protector Set, since I'm going to be 80 Heuskal ; 80 Lightning ; 80 Cold ; 30-60 Fire

Would be overkill, 40% is better.

with garments in a 1vs1 u can use the 50% snow shield.. against 8 maybe ull run out of mp but in prots ull have some probs while fighting more than 1 enemy or fighting a strong enemy (sun/euro)

So I should keep it around 40%?
And also, lets say you have snowshield on...
You get hit for 4000. Does that mean that you would've gotten hit for 8000 with the 50% shield, or does it mean that it only took 2000 from you r HP?

If you get hit for 4000 with 50% snowshield on, it means that you got hit 8000 without snowshield. Your hp will lower with 4000 and your mp will too.

alright thanks. And lastly, could someone tell me about how much HP&MP a lv80 1:7 INT Spear with all the STR/INT and MP/HP on there gear [also Heuskal passive]?
About how much, exact or not, doesn't really matter

Your hp will lower with 4000 and your mp will too.

wrong . wrong !

the skill takes away more of ur mp than ur hp .
that makes a 8000 dmg hit take 4000hp and ~5000+mp

anyways , ull be able to handle the 50% with prot just fine , but armor could be a problem

I'm going protector since I'm hybrid and only 30-60 Fire. At 80, I'll try it out, see how it goes. I might use a book lower for FW and stuff, dunno.
