Do Joymax REALLY care for us?

They don't ban the botters
Lazy morons!!
Server capacity of the servers are useless, nearly 1Hour or more to connect to Xian.
They probably create ISRO BOT and increase the numbers of bots so we are forced to buy Premium so they get the money probably to buy ****.

EVERY inspection all they do is backup their files, wow.. pathetic!!

Silkroad compared to ALL OTHER F2P mmorpgs silkroad would be about 2/10 due to botters

They do what they think is best for themselves. At the end of the day, JoyMax is a business, and all they are doing is trying to get as much money as possible. I dont blame them really. Sure it can get frustrating when i spend 1hour trying to connect, when theres 10second lags that get me killed every 30mins, when i spend 20mins on an event and all i have to show for it is a couple of vigors, but if you really hate it that much, jsut dont play. Simple

They obviously dont, isro really funds the ksro and bots support that funds..so they really dont give a **** about us

The servers are unbeliveably stable and lag free nowadays for the amount of traffic they recive, its astonishing, any lag your getting check your crappy connections.

As for bots, they will never be gone and realisticaly theres nothing they can do about it or they would have already, the games structure is far to simple to program a bot for. The man power required to ban the amount of botters that there is on 30 servers would be immense.. so get real lol. They would be back with a new program in a week or 2, so whats the point.

yes they care for us...

Every server inspection bots have to go and and download a new client so they can run their bots. A faulty client and they have to wait longer. The inspections were meant to delay bots and yes they failed, but atleast they tried. Also, in Venus I can't get in because of all of the LEGITS do you see me whining about it?

Cause in the end, you still pay for the game, still have it installed, and will continue to play it until it shuts down. xD

They dont have customer service and even a little online game has it.JM should stop onlinegame and sell amateur porno movies.Yesterday i registered for event and as soon as event start stupid game crashed.I kill myself if JM do somethin perfect anyways.

Same here the only thing that annoys me is the lack of GM and gamer interaction but I have a feeling in the future Joymax will change for the better.

Honestly I don't think you're right. Obviously Joymax cares about their customers because we fund them but they don't have good customer service, the servers are no where near as good as they were before. (I'm talking like early stages of Beta, when there was Aege, Xian and another server, don't remember which one) It was easy to log on first try and there was almost no lag. Heck even when SRO was in Alpha there wasn't much lag. Now the servers are brutal. I think Joymax got too caught up in pumping out material that they lost track of keeping everything stable.

Obviously not. That stupid event is old. vSRO got it months ago.
