keep updating?

i have a quesiton about the rogue skills
are the skills fast shot and power shot worthy of updating? fast shot currently at lvl 1 and fast shot is currently at lvl 7 and i am lvl 41

you might not like fast shot now but once you get to party you'll get its use, its farther shooting the long shot and barely any dmg it was meant to pull creatures with
if you all remember from the euro preview they showed all the classes and siad like tanker nuker puller, they had rogue as the puller not a warrior, they meant it for that and its effective, fast shot fast shot let warrior shout off you get more its faster then a warrior pulling. and its good to killer lower lvl ints realy fast if its on lvl
