Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
In order to maintain a pleasant gaming and smooth patching experience, all servers will be undergoing weekly server inspection.
Weekly server inspection will occur every Tuesday.
Server Inspection Period : Feb 19, 2008 13:00~17:00 Silkroad Standard Time (4 hour duration)
Web Inspection Period : Feb 19, 2008 13:00~16:00 Silkroad Standard Time (3 hour duration)
[Patch]
- Database backup
- Payment Solution Turkish ePin ERKOM Open
In order to maintain a pleasant gaming and smooth patching experience, all servers will be undergoing weekly server inspection.
Weekly server inspection will occur every Tuesday.
Server Inspection Period : Feb 19, 2008 13:00~17:00 Silkroad Standard Time (4 hour duration)
Web Inspection Period : Feb 19, 2008 13:00~16:00 Silkroad Standard Time (3 hour duration)

You wouldnt need the game installed to check if Hera server is up.

Just read on the official site and waaait. Don't they usually put up a notice before inspection when they open up a new server?
