yes you can
Using MACOSX, you can not.
Using Windows on your Intel based Mac with Bootcamp, yes you can.

You might be able to run SRO in Mac OS X through Wine. Check out these sites:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/darwinehttp://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSXI've never tried it myself, but the above sites speak of a Darwine project that ports WINE to OS X. I don't know if they worked out all the bugs and everything, or even if the 3D accelerated graphics work in Darwine or not.
Nonetheless, it's an interesting project. SRO may or may not work on it right now, but it's certainly something to look into for those that have a Mac. If it doesn't work now, it may work in the future.

what people i know do with their macs is make them dual boot xp + osx

Do you own a mac with a intel proc or a IBM proc? The mac's with the older IBM cpu's do not run winblows. The newer ones with the intel cpus do.

Off topic: I'd have to say Windows ME was MUCH worse than 98. Windows 98 wasn't that bad.
Then again, there's always
Windows RG (Really Good Edition).

i know about bootcamp but i dont realy have 200 lying around to buy leopard anyone know any free alternitives?
