stop bitchin about srf banning bots..... a week ago u guys wanted to ban every bot there was in sro and people who bot on srf... now because some of the botter were ur friends ur mad? u think they shouldnt be banned for botting just because u like them? they still bot and they need to be banned, plain and simple. stop complaining about it, the first page of GD is filled with nothing but threads about people getting banned and its getting annoying. srf needed to do this to make the community better. i know this wont do anything to make the game better but it needed to be done. let them do their job and deal with it.

Glad there are users who understand the situation and judge it independently. You've just hit the nail on the head. Trust me, i rather didn't see some particular users go, but this policy can't have exceptions.

This is my $.02. I speak for myself when I say im not friends with any botter that posts on SRF so it wouldnt be considered a issue of friendship. Doing this is not going to make the community better IMO, this will die down eventually but botters will still be here as well as in game. This "War against Botters" is stupid and funny for me. I just think its a waste of time considering it's a forum. Befor this war against bots, things were fine IMO. And breaching the Joymax TOS by using 3rd pt programs such as noDC client is a joke. I personally know a lot of legit people that use it. Does that make them not worthy of posting on the forum.....

Stop being negative bout this. It's a good thing they get rid of the closet botters. The ones who's botting all the time and act like their great at this game. They cheat to get to what they are. They're ruining the game. Banning botters will not take this forum down. It's not like only the botters are lvl 80 and fully farmed. We have a bunch of legits already capped and farmed. They too have the same or better understanding of the game. Some might say the capped legits are arrogant, botters sometime or more kind or better. I say fck that, they dont play their character, they bot. They dont work hard for their character and spending countless hours on it. And i hate it when some stupid ppl come and say "this is just a game, stop taking it seriously, get a life". Wtf? We work hard for our game, this is the thing that we love doing. We care about it. If we found others who doesnt play fair and ruined the game, ofcouse we gonna be mad. Stop with "i dont care if they bot, coz they dont bother me at all" shit. It bother's the ppl who grinding alongside botters everyday, getting ksed over and over and over again.

Many ppl b.itching bout SRF gonna go down, u should ask urself.. Why the heck u're still here? U guys are being pro-botters and u're not helping at all, but making a thread after thread after thread bout how things are going down. That's just plain stupid. If we cannot do anything about joymax or the game, atleast we can do something about the community. Why dont ppl support and help us? U know we're doing the right thing here. U know it but u just dont want to change it.

I just find it funny peoples so called friends are snitching on them, feel sorry for the ones telling. Such a sad soul.

the Exposed Botters section was a hotbed of activity for about 3 days. after a 9-hour workday, i came home to find only one new thread and only one new person turning themselves in. like i said initially, it will die down. it HAS died down. now the only thing the staff really has to keep up with is locking all the topics you people make about how you don't like the policy.



THE POLICY IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE. if anyone among you thinks that YOUR thread about YOUR reasons why it should is special because YOU wrote YOUR ORIGINAL IDEAS in it, YOU are wrong. i have heard every argument 100x. i have locked the same thread, made by different people, 100x. i ahve edited the same post with the same rationale 1000x.

GET OVER IT. in another week the stream of people flooding to the door because we are hunting them will slow to a trickle, and you all will not even notice the absence of those who have gone.

I couldn't agree more. Rules are rules. It wouldn't be fair to have exceptions. It shouldn't be ok for well-liked people to break the rules any more than it would be for some unknown person who just joined this forum to break rules.

Personally, I don't dislike people (the real life person) just because they bot, but they don't belong in an anti-bot community, and don't belong in the game they don't really play.

Dislike the crime, not the person, but still punish the person for the crime.

Actually...most who left turned themselves in because they didnt care...not because they were scared. But they werent known anyway.
