If someone decided to joke, and pressed NO, even if he is legit, and Ryoko check who voted, is he will be banned anyway

I'm not sure about the definition of the word "legit" but this is what I know:

NOT using any third party programs.
-example of this 3rd party program is bot.
NOT buying gold.
Using real money to buy silk in a legal way is part of being legit.
NOT being plvl by some bot.
NOT buying of acc or buying any in game items with real money.
Do not use real money to buy plvl.
Practically just playing the game for fun.

BTW, I'm legit.

zoom hack, pk2 edits a long time ago, letting my friend use my acc, used my friends acc, iv got plvled by a botter(walking around Takla pting all the bots i see, and i get a pt ^^) and ummmmm i think thats it
