Some food for thought!

Well I had a random thought just now. Since SRF is banning bots because they are not allowed should they ban people who account share too?
Technically it is illegal to share an account. It is stated in the TOS.
So I hope I make a point here...If it is ok to ban botters I say we follow the rules completely and ban account sharing too!
(I hope you all catch my sarcasm here)
I am not pro bot but I think this new idea is horrid! It is getting innocent people banned and only going to cause the mods more headaches!
Thoughts?
Admins?
EDIT:
BAN the pk editors too! Didn't silkroad ban a few because they modified the client? Ban them all!

Another thread with the same point of view and another bot defender. <_<
Cant you drop it already? Let the forum's owner ban whoever they want to. It's THEIR forum, not yours.
p.s: in account share at least there are PEOPLE, who talk, act, and think playing, and that most likely do not Ks. So that's obviously not a point at all.

First of all I won't comment on your bot defender comment. I don't need to pull out the lighter and start flaming.
I think you missed the point completely. I think this community is fighting this so much because we like this place and would hate to see it sink.
And who said anything about KS? The mods are enforcing the TOS. How can we enforce 1/2 of the TOS and not care about the rest?
I say all or nothing!
(And I vote for nothing)

I pretty sure the mods and admins are enforcing the forum rules, and in no way are they affiliated with JM, and thus, by no means, they would have to kneel down, pucker up, and.. well you get the picture.
"I say all or nothing!" said Sagan.
You need to read this latest expose' viewtopic.php?f=72&t=79622

Again, sharing accounts is not illegal. Just illegal joint account sharing.

Sagan's sig is cute.
SRF has been here for years. Ryoko has always run it and SG has been around almost as long as I have. I think he is just a few members behind me. They didnt just get power to immediately abuse, they have always had it to do with what they please. It isnt abuse to treat your own forum the way you want.

Is that your problem with bots? they dont talk? are you that lonely? they dont act? uhm they are acting, they are bots thats what they do, they do actions. and KS? well, would you feel ok with bots if all botters would take KS off?
Are you also mad at those with pets that have gather everything checked, so they take any drops or gold you cant get to because of mobs? Will they be banned next?

If i'm not mistaken, JM's ToS no longer consider botting as a bannable offense but SRF does... i'm not sure if it was stated by a mod or an admin but i think there hasn't been said that SRF was in a campaign to ban those who have acted against the ToS.
I have PK2 edited (i've even made guides in these forum) and if Ryoko or SG start banning people for that reason, let them be, i won't have any grudge on them. It's their forum and they do what they think it's best.

If you do this then you have to ban the PK2 editors. Which then all of us would be banned.
Plus cruor would not be happy. :p
