Do you think the forum should ban anyone who breeches the Joymax TOS?
After all it is against the Joymax TOS.

5. Policy against System Abuse
1. If a user is found to be abusing a bug or system glitch, the user may have his account restricted or deleted. Listed below are similar instances in which similar action may be taken.
① If a user is found to be inducing or encouraging particular behavior with the intent of placing undue stress on the systems.
② If a user discovers a bug and, instead of reporting it directly to a GM or Customer Support, tells it to other users
③ If a user gets a profit directly or indirectly from exploitation of a bug.
2. Users found to be using or distributing illegal programs may be subject to restrictions of their account or have their account deleted. In particular cases, the user may be subject to investigation by the proper authorities.

Is illegal actually defined by the TOS? That's where the lovely loop hole would be. Besides ofcourse "may be."

Ok no I Farking didn't. Did you even bother checking the other one? It doesn't say shit about 3rd party programs. Why the hell would anyone know about a second policy being their if they confront you with one when you make an account...

Its an intended loop hole by joymax so that when someone reads it, they think that joymax is bound by it, when in fact, joymax can sit back, rake in the money, and do nothing about the "illegal" activity they led members on to believe was illegal.

The question that bots are legal or not according to jm tos...
-Since the new tos any bots were banned ?
-No.
ps.:
Need someone with more legal knowledge (age) to translate the tos to a language
that every ppl understand.
ps.2:
I'm wondering only on 1 thing, what will happen if jm implements ingame boting
for silk, as premium service.

I posted this in another topic:

2. The User must immediately notify the Company of any changes to personal information (email and others) by updating the user account information.
3. User has the responsibility to take care of his/her account and password.
4. User shall not illegally use other's accounts.
5. User shall not use service by company in any other way and shall not participate in the following activities when using the Services.
① Act of distributing content in game servers or websites without the permission of the copyright holder
② Act of advertising the Company's copyright and intellectual property rights in game servers or websites without the Company's permission.
6. User shall not violate other people's rights by using the services in violation of the public peace and morality.
7. The User must observe the terms in this Agreement and the Law, and shall not damage the reputation of the Company or cause interference to the Services.
8. User must read regularly and be familiar with the notices posted through the Web site.
9. User shall not complain of problems that arise due to use of other software not developed by the Company.
This is taken directly from JoyMax T.O.S... I found #9 to be intresting and didnt really find anything that says botting is illegal except maybe #6... Just food for thought

Thats not saying that we cant complain about botters, it means if you or i use a program with sro, that we cant complain to JM if it causes problems/doesnt work right.

I dont care. Even the gold bots and spammers that u see everyday everywhere are not banned. What do u think the ToS is made for?
For nothing.

PK editing is not cheating, you still have to grind yourself, it wont help you to be better than someone else. Same with NoDC, zoom hack programs. Botting is for what you should be banned

NoDc and zoomhack would be a third party program, ban him!!
Why won't you guys just answer my question, I have a feeling I know why. 100% legit = no botting, no gold buying and no powerleveling by a bot. I've posted this 3 times now in different post on here with no reply.
