Wind Effect~!

K I know this has been asked and answered before but I need a solution.
Q:What is the permanent way to fix the damn wind effects. I don't want to do this every time I log into Silkroad.Please I have been playing without wind effects for months and I believe it is why I hate silkroad so much lately. the one who has the solution will make my life so much better .

Ingame -> Options -> scroll down until you see an option called Dynamic animation (wind effect) -> turn on

i think it like.. makes your cape and stuff like the theif suit wave in the air...kinda like real life...the wind blowing making the cape and the ribbon on the lvl 64 spear and lvl 52 spear wave in the air... i think thats what it is
