ok if i were to move to venus i would make a pure int s/s char and i would be leaving behind a lot of friends and my union.
now tell me the benefits to moving servers

venus isn't so boring its just getting there, alot of stuff is about to go down, all the jobbing is starting to get hard core. Alterran i'm serious if you want a home on venus we'll help, plus as a new guild i need to get as many members i can lol, 14 people in 4 days isn't bad though, considering i dind't have tons of people move with me or from other server for it. and you wont' be too left out if you are chinese we got like half chinese in Hurricane right now some how.

ok ill join tomorrow o btw the reason im leaving oasis is cause i cant theif at all no traders lvl 40+ i hope thats different in venus
also how does ur guild feel about plvl?
i lvl fast so i like to help ppl who rnt near my lvl get there

just dont' go begging for plvls all the time, if you want to offer them to lower lvl mates that your business.

edit and the avalon union is now mostly merchant/ hunter, there are theives and merchants to be found. Don't worry though we got a few theives left if you really wnat to theive, but i left theif cause the only trades i managed apon turned out to be union, after they changed, i still found plenty of trades before the union went merchant but now with many union ones mixed in, it was just easier to join them.

oasis was the first server i ever joined and its been the onmly server i ever played on for 2 years i want to try venus if i dont like it i will either come back to oasis or quit

oh i well i do hope you choose to remain more active on venus but i can't force you to be, you know you want to get a to usefull lvl for fort wars though

you'll have fun here on venus garunteed we got a cool union and alot of the members are on this forum, more on silkroadaddiction i should probally register there myself.

um foudre what is the bot probelm like on venus? is it bad? also what about player bots they as common as in oasis?

bots are common on every server
but we got a anti bot union or 2, i'm not sure about rp's new union i've seen zengetsu bots before( they are in union with zengestru right?)
but at least we got one union trying to be bot free
but it definatlly doesn't seam as bad when you got a whole legit union behind you. maybe its more or less a plecibo effect (misspelled i know), but its nice having an active legit union rather then mixed and matched.

edit to counter the concept of the legit union there bot unions too lol, not just whom ever meets lvl requirments but they wanted botters to join.

ok let me re word it is the gold bot problem as bad as other servers?

thats not really any different, there are gold bots, and lots of them, no server you can escape that from yet, unless we can get all legits on venus and no one buys gold or runs their own gold bots

ok well ill be on tomorrow then and how long do you think it will take me to get lvl 64 with a pure int s/s spear char?

(s/s is for tanking and pure nukeing spear is for pvp and melee attcks)

idk how long that will take i've never played a chinese that far

about a 2 months before euro came out, i played around making too many builds to try them out in that time to get very high, went euro and its hard to go back

well i started the weekend oasis came out around feb 2006 and i was a chineese char and then around time euro update came out i took a 4 month break so i never learned euro stuff so im completely blank on euros (i no some stuff but not much but i dont really want to no anyhting either i like chineese just fine) right now i got a lvl 64 glaive with +5 gear and after 2 years of play that as far as i got however i got a lvl 44 pure int and that took me 4 weeks so thats why im choosing pure int nuker for venus.

how do you know you woudlnt like euro?

well ive had a lvl 16 pure int wizzy and a couple lvl 15 rouges but the pot delay just kills it for me -.-

its the pot delay i love, just doing all auto pot is boring and lame, though it makes it alot easier. I like being hard to kill and having to be more carefull about when i pot or if i should run a few steps back to buy the time to pot and get back in the fight then, just more intese with pot delay

yea but still i like the security of always being able to heal and chinese need that lol a euro wizzy lvl 80 can easily get killed by a lvl 64
