Moving to New server

Iam been thinking of moving
to a new server venus seems dead sends the botters
dont even bother showing themselves around

So far i been thinking of etheir babel or wait for a new server
like hera(wich is taking year) any suggestions

Give it a few more months. The server is still young. Once a nice level of people are all high level, we'll organise stuff to keep everyone entertained and happy, and hopefully more legit unions will come play against us to truly enjoy the SRO experience.

I just hate having to wanna lvl then when ur on
u look at party system and only see a total of 4-6 pts
and when you finally join1 every 1 ends up leaving
or they dont kno what there doing

It gets better as you get higher. Or do you honestly expect to find better parties on a server where botted Chinese run around with Sun and most of the Euros are powerleveled?

Well am playn on my friends character his 58
i get him to 62-64 and he gets me 45. try 3times today
to set up a pegs party with some of the ppl in
union but no 1 would join exsept 3-4.is like the whole
server is dead and the only ppl here are the 1s
avalon union.

Well I kinda play on both Babel and Venus. If I were you, I'd stay on Venus. Think of it as a badly run private server (this is actually a good thing

). It can only get better over time, and new players will always join in. Dont give up just yet and call it quits for the server. Venus hasnt been on for that long to come to that conclusion. Babel isnt any better either for a starting charachters.

Mars is nice or Venus too, I might go back to Venus here soon now with Vent and all, a lot of the guys play Venus and I am stuck on Mars. :roll:

too many people have given up on fighting avalon and join them, except RP, rp got alot of members to my knowledge are legit, they left the union and made their own already full, I honestly kinda want to see them beat us some so we can work to get the fort back (though we cant just let them have it, i'll do everything i can to prevent it, but my chaotic side wants to see some mayhem to fight against)

Avalon is cool i love the union, doens't mean i dont' want see any other legits to figh against, i would rather have a legit enemy then a botter enemy, so you can be like good game guys, rather then oh we beat people who don't even know their charectors or we got beat by cheaters, beating a legit team is more statisfying. And i think RP may soon become an issue, in a few weeks.

Nothing stoping people from being legit and not in avalon in this server. The more Guilds and unions that are legit the more interesting it will become. Would be sweet to set up a no point limit or time limit war against another legit union, just to have an enemy always out there if you run into them make it more fun.

Leave if you really like but remember if you leave thats one less person on this server making others more likly to leave. it can only be great if the people here stay and work to make it great. Its the sum of its members, the less members the less the server can be.

Gold bots will never leave, unless JM ban them. I'm sorry, but no matter how Avalon is legit, and fighting with bots, you cant do magic, you cant make what JM dont want to make - make gold bots leave :wink:

It's something to ponder over though. A bot running goldbots will stop them once they leave, as there's no point in them running for personal gain somewhere they don't play. However, if we can eliminate the majority that buy gold, wouldn't that start to decrease th amount of goldbots? Why go so heavy on supply when there's no demand?

That's my view on this matter anyway, that this game is only at its current state because of greed of the majority of players. Look at that person who posted a screenshot of him having 30 clients open at once. That kind of behaviour from players disgusts me.

i'm even annoyed at people who have stall charectors

If you remove the goldbots though, you easily have enough space for everyone to have their character and a stall character. Not really needed, but true.

Those ones I hate with a passion. If it's on a second computer, I don't have a problem with it. But unfortunately those people are few and far between... but sitting in Hotan with a bard dance fixes that.

Necrobat, well, i dont know about real players gold bots, but i think that there is alot of botters from gold companies. I think they ven dont play SRO seriuosly, they just run their bots to gain gold, then sell it for real money. And if there will be less bots from real players, there will be more space for gold companies bots. Just IMHO :wink:

I agree with you Gronic, If your not in the Avalon Guild or one of their alliances your pretty much out of luck. I finally left Venus a few days ago, started a new character and am already in a level 5 guild.
If your frustated as I was, then come to Hercules we have a legit guild waiting for you.

P.S. I must say, Venus was one of the best servers that I have played on. If your on eastern time zone you really don't have too much trouble getting on after 5pm on week days, but stay signed in all week-end. Later

I know that, but what I posed was what would happen if the only people left don't buy gold? What would be the point of so much supply but no demand.
