The higher the % the longer the skill takes to execute, but the more damage it does.

Check the Daily Q and A thread, I believe there was one about it.

Anti devil gets more % every new book , casting time doesn't get more

Well Demon Arrow and Devil Arrow are the same casting time, and Demon is (250%) while Devil is (350%). I thought they said in Q&A it had something to do with cast time, but duno for sure, dont think it is.

Also I think anti devils do take longer to shoot from book 1 to 3.

Q. In the Skill descriptions, you have the damage sections listed in this form ex:100-130 (150%). What do each of the numbers refer to?

A. The percentage (example being 150%) does not indicate extra damage, but is one of the factors considered when calculating damage and is a variable rate that users must pay attention to. Simply put, if the percentage is higher the rate of the skill may be slower but the damage will be higher. Conversely, when the percentage is lower, the rate may be faster but the damage is lower.

2nd and 3rd book of fire nuke have 300%, but both take the same mount of time to cast, and 3rd book takes twice as long to recharge.

Okay Kit, so how is it factored?

Is it doing 350% of your normal damage?

It ....seems to, I think. Strong bow does a hella damage.

They explained the %, but they didn't explain the 100-130 .

Is THAT a bonus?

I would really like to know.

AFAIK the 143-214 is added to your chars phy/mag attack
these nubers will go up as you lvl up the skill, making it stronger
