Why do you still play silkroad?

I sometimes still log on to silkroad since one of my friend plays it and we trade run and stuff like that but why do you still play? I am thinking of going to get WoW but might just quit mmorpgs since I don't havce enough time for them..

My guild and union mates. I've known my guildies for 4 years (way before sro =P) and I'm not leavin' them. And the oh-so-enticing trade runs that turn into job wars lol XD

The game is great, the community sucks.

Lol, this community is much better than most games. It isn't 90% 12 year olds and people are a lot nicer to each other compared to other games.

Right now only because I don't want to waste my ticket, and I barely play as much as I used to; too many other things that are more worthy of my attention at this moment.

Because i finally got lvl 80 on Rome and want to try to get some sun to compete with the other sun nubs out there.

There turks... Ok your point? I don't hate on certain people maybe you do, but IDC where they are from or what color their skin is... Most turks I have met aren't as bad as people say. Only a few are.

Me neither...I dont care what race etc etc they are..As long as you can have fun with them, or atleast normally talk to them. But the most are so egocentric and the only thing they can say is: '**** yo mama' >.<

only the community can make me keep playing
if you have nice people in your guild, you keep logging in daily
a good tune and party grinding is also fun I think, that made me keep playing too
would love to get 90cap for that reason

despite lag/login/select people...the game is still fun
spec other communities like cSRo, kSRo, ... , i have yet to play a game better than this one

I had a turk I would always let into parties. I always did. One day I had to kick him but I told him I would pm him when a slot was open. He was like "ok". he pmed me and said "Why kick?". I told him again what I had said about pming him. Like two secs later I got...."I fack your mather and sister". Then the next day he begged and begged me for a party like nothing happened.
I also had one who I also treated fairly and always let come along with my guild in parties. One day he had a party runnin and he kicked all three of my guildies/union mates after he said "Turks Only". The party never even got full...it stayed 3/8 for like 4 hours . lmao. Of course, now he begs and begs for parties but the only people that ever have parties running are the ones he treats like sht. So now he gets no parties.
I could go on and on... They always do lame sht like that and then when they need something, their your best friend and they suddenly speak english.
