So i try to log in today, and...

Where is everyone? Is there something wrong with my client, or was this part of an update?

The game was shut down. Not enough funding after ALL bots were banned. So on to the next game.

You can switch it on and off in Options...

i'm certain i didn't touch my options tab, but i'll go check.
Edit: i can't even find the option, let alone change it.

Press escape, click "Options", Game settings, and search for High-definiton intro (or something like that xD)

its just a bug happens now and then, just restart the game couple times will work eventually.

hes talking about that he put his ID and PASS, and when he put Connect, he got the dc window, without getting the image code

i guess they went on strike.

oh, and i didn't get the image code either. my client's being really buggy today.
