yupp, you can get them at a quest just like zerk scrolls, only you get 200 of them as said before

Making it a great inside joke for when you are talking about potatos or emos.

the sun arrows quest can only be achived after killing all unique monsters up to Saytan, and since we don't have Saytan, iSRO doesn't have the sun arrows yet.
only kSRO has them. you hit 4 times normal damage.
