He calls them "heavily blued" yet theres a max of 2 blues on them. I think he just made a fool of himself.

I break any item 8d and get stones, blued, non blued, it doesn't matter. The chance of getting a stone is high, for 8d. He only did it for 4~6 degree items, which is useless for obtaining stones. The chances are low(possibly 0?) and the stones are worth shit all. He didn't do anything 'wrong', and..that video's been up about a year.

Like Azilius said, video is a year old. It was made to prove that sos doesn't break down into anything more special and that lower degrees will not yield you stones. Nothing stupid about it, it was to help out the community and set some disputed points straight.

Every single drop that I have gotten from 2d on I disjointed and stored/sold the elements (I don’t waste my time trying to sell drops, its stupid to me.) I have never got a stone once. They don’t happen for 1-5 degrees for sure, I can definitly confirm this. And one day I was wandering dw and found some shitty sos hand piece for 20k bought it and broke it expecting to see lots of elements… got shit.
Stuff with blues stuff with pluses and sox should IMO give more elements.
