My friend is new to the game and I brought him to Hotan. So he came and I brought him to the spiders and started killing them. He was getting like .20 Per. I thought he was suppose to like grow a level immedietly?
He was level 5 when I brought him to the spiders.

How come hes getting such little Exp. I wanted to Power level him to 8(he wants new glavie) but at this rate it will take like 4 hours

So is power leveling still possible? :L

(and of course, i did has exp auto share party)

11 levels above him is the best EXP. Going to Lv40 mobs at that level isn't going to give anything.

Yes, anything that is 10-11 lvls higher than the person that is getting powerleveled is the best.

and yeah, 10~11 Lvls higher = best range for exp

You can go to chakji workers, on china side, not donwhang side. Very nice spawn rate and alot of party mobs.

well, my experience is, that power lvling only makes sense, if you have more players. i tried that too. i dont get much xp/sp, when a high lvl powerlvls me. but when i was 80 and joined xp sharing party at generals (6 to 8 ppl), i got so much xp/sp.

if someone knows the reason, plz tell me

What i'd do if i was you: dump him in constantinople then drag him to ongs in samarkand killing everything on the way there and should be around lvl 10-15 by then. Then keep at ongs until 30 or 32;

geez, it was just a person new to the game, probably not even going to stick with it. Not everybody jumps right into a new game, and plays it for for hours right off the bat

When you start a game, or even just try it out, what do you do? Play it of course! Hell, that's what I do when I try out games, I play them.

Is getting powerleveled right off the bat "playing"? Is it even considered "trying out" a game?

I agree with Prophet, plus it'll take you, what, all o about an hour tops to reach Lv8? That's probably slow by standards anyway.

whats worse is iv seen a party in the pt matching saying "I ned taxi, im lvl 1, 10k h"

plavling isn't really effective until you hit like 16 ish... before that lvling is pretty fast

best lvl to plvl is 11 still its capable of gettin xp with monsters that are 20 lvls higher then u
best thing is just to plvl at those ongs in samar till lvl 30 or so. then u could try bunwang //sungsung// easy and fast ^^

when the average lv of the party members is lower than the mobs you're killing, you'll get double the amount of exp (from pt mobs). At least this is what i heard
