i hate SRO. when i grind i get 0.07 exp every kill and then i always end up dying and losing more then i made. when i get taxi i die getting there. i have a guild, but they're always trading by themselves. i barely get acknowledgement just because i'm level 27. i cant do shxt.


edit: i play hercules. IT SUCKS. besides server traffic and the reason why i still play is because level 40+ looks fun. but for now, this shxt sucks. oh and i only have 400k. LAME. no SOX DROPS EITHER. SILKROAD IS STARTING TO FCKIGN SUCK

As stupid as his post may seem, yours is equally as "stupid".

If you think that right now grinding is tough quit right away, at 70+ you will get 0.01% per kill with a premium >.<

well, with no effort, you won't get anything. dude, look at my situation. i began to play sro in march 2006. i JUST managed to be fully farmed at lvl 80. so i needed around 2 years to get to there. it takes patience..

On higher levels you will get 0.005 and less / kill ..
0 to lv30 takes about 2 days soloing it ....

yeah i really hated being lvl 20-30 on herc when i played there...
going from samarakand u get killed by chickens... horses usually get 1-2 hit.. and it's really not worth spending another few k on small horse pots... only thing u can do is try to tag along with a few other people running out of the town... Starting out with a euro is definitely a lot more frustrating than starting a chinese char...

having said that, u can always just set your home town to donwhang, and grind there for now...
mobs outside are only lvl 25-26, and you can definitely survive getting out of there on a horse... earth ghosts are just slower than your horse... whereas the chickens have speed hax. >_>

if your fed up at lvl 27, just quit now. Seriously, and Im not saying this to be mean or funny or anything like that, Im being dead honest because it will only get worse.

i started my chinese character and got it to lvl18(before euro update) had so much bad luck and one day i found sos blade lvl16 at chajkins

LMAO, i get 0.05 with gt......i dont mind it tbh, get yourself a good guild. And yes, quit now if you cant get past level 30....level 40 gets worse, level 50, 60, 70, 80,90.......level cap is 140 when all is done lmao!!!!!

LoL hey man...as a person who has serveral 40+ chars across different servers, I can tell you it doesn't just magically get fun at 40. 9 times out of 10 you will still find someone stronger than you in jobs. Pvp still sucks at 40...game doesn't even start till 60 imo.

Get a PT and you will lvl up to the fun part of the game fast. Just play three hours a day on the ticket and you can get 50+ in three weeks or a little less.

I wouldn't recommend getting in an academy to be plvld to 40+ you will miss out on so many drops and gold in the lower lvls and that is really what sets you up to be better off, have gold, good gear, sp farmed ect. later in the game. That system benefits the academy leader more than anything, trust me they want to get you to 40 and graduated as fast as possible.

better quit now than killing 5 mobs for 0.01% at 70+ or when u sp farming

lol... 0.07 is SOOO much! I wouldn't mind getting that much exp

i lvl my char with no help, no money from other people and no plvl...

well i have my guildmates and the best they did was to talk in guild chat, that way i don't get bored..

Aah wel, it doesn't really matters how much u get, it just has to be easier to lvl. I mean, imagine this: When just the cap to lvl 150 came out, we gotta grind from lvl 140 to 150. How much xp do we get for each kill then? 0.005? Then, to get 1 lvl up, you have to grind... 1000 kills for 5 percent. that times 20 and u are on the 20000 kills, just to lvl up. That's to much... think of it, and i wanna bet you quit ur pc off right now and go outside, search up ur friends, get drunk, come back and smash the computer the hell out of him! MWUAHAHHAAH xD

This is a hard MMORPG to play (for some ppl which start to play).

If you are euro, the secret is in TALK with ppl which you party

Academy = You get Accumulated buff that you transfer to the acad leader, gives extra sp. You get 2Mil exp when you graduate, acad leader gets honor points.

Elements : Use void rondos on things that drop from monsters, like the Earth Ghost Knife from earth ghosts and such. Also, can use destroyer rondos to break items for elements.

Tabs: Use elements to make stones, that you can use on gear.
Alchemy is in the alchemy window, hit y to access it.

0.07% per kill is a god-send. If you think that's horrid then you should just quit and find something else now =/
