quick question

i was planning to make a rogue cleric but my friend says that if you are a cleric you can not buff yourself
is this true?

No you can buff yourself with your defense buffs and stuff

But the defense buffs on yourself disappear when you switch weapons.
The only things a rogue would use that stays on you after switching is Recovery Division and Holy Word/Spell.

Check out
this guide. The cleric subclass in here uses all the skills that are usable even after a weapon switch.

even if a lot doesn't stay, it is defiantley worth it with the extra protection

You get bless spell (45sec lasts after you take rod off)
Recov division, which is a light auto heal
Healing cycle will stay but it lasts 16 sec
The defense buffs will stay on OTHER people, but if you buff yourself they will go away

don't forget the binding move.. that's good too
