Is it normal that i can't get on any of the server whole day, because all servers are crowded from morning and at the moment too (20.20).

Yeah it's normal...but new servers won't help. They keep adding new ones and they get just as full. The problem isn't players...it's goldbots.
Best thing to do if you wanna play this game is just to buy a premium ticket.

more servers wont solve anything, the gold bots will just make new ones to go to that server, you might get in the server for a month, then its crowded.
i usely get into the game 1-10 tries, once in a while it takes up to an hour

Huh if i can't get in server it just says that it disconnected from server and game closes -.-. I really wanna get in that game today lol. But it look good :S .

Joymax implented this. They want you to buy a premium ticket (unlimited access, even if the server is full, a new spot will be made for you) so they earn money. Annoying eh?
Anyway keep trying. Best chances are on the newer servers, with the (NEW) behind their names.

Sad that one cant log into the server to actually active the premium, but obviously Joymax wouldnt care, you paid for the silk which you cannot reach.
