Thats what isro is right now, except its 8D stuff not 9D.
And those aren't hacked... -.- GM's can do that kinda stuff. Never woulda guessed that since they don't seem to exist on isro.

We had an OTs server (Open Tibia Source) for around two years, hosted in Canada. We never asked for donations (officially), but people would still donate. Then a guy from not too far away created a new OTs which was the opposite since it was easy lvling, noobish, amateur mapping and retaded monster editing, and most of their functions were stolen from other servers ideas. Anyway, he started to sell premium accounts (CipSoft's idea) and about 2 months later Interpol paid him a visit as far as I know, nobody saw the guy for a week and the OTs got closed for around a month.

Thats what i meant by hacked. GM introducing modified items in the server and giving them to their friends/guild.
Oh and i still fail to see an item in iSRO with +9 and all 100% on white stats. 100% on blues is commun, but on white? even an item with 1 00% on 1 white stats is uncommun.
