Pls i need help! my best friend in silkroad have got hacked and the hackers have changed hes email and password
so he can't get the acc back!! =( how can we get it back?
he's lvl 73 and have bought silk for over 100$ =(

You said it yourself.

well your friend is pretty much screwed. If he wants to continue playing he should start a new account.

you can change password if you goto "create account" page.... there it asks for secret question and you can change pw that way. I suppose this is Azianz0r who got haxed

Dont waste your time reporting about this to JM

Your best option is do charge back and get the account ban.

any one who reads this..
use the email verification system.

Sounds pretty much over for your friend and his fun in SRO. JM wont give a crap about you or him. Welcome to try, but most likely will end up in nothing.

If it doesn't work out for you..I can p lvl your friend to 30 or higher on Xian server and give your friend some decent start-up money..but if you're on a diff. server...i can't do much for you :/

Forget about that account. Do a chargeback on the bought silk and start over.

-should not have downloaded bot or other help programs.
-should not have shared account details.
-if you done one one and/or the above 2 things, bad luck.

Dont d/l anything that could have a keylogger and dont trust anyone with your account information.

Ask Joymax if they care. It's in the ToS or User Agreement that if an account is hacked then Joymax does not have to help you get it back. I suggest that you either start a new character or do as I did and Quit.
