yeah but couldnt they have done it this tuesday coming cos fortress war isnt till another 2 week

Bright side: Once done server will be bot/traffic free for a while! God knows how long it will last.

The story I read was that the company that cSRO is licensed to had to many complaints about guilds not being able to "take over" the fortress from the defending guild.....so they changed the rules in that every 2 weeks, it would be a free for all again on winning the fortress war. You win, you get 2 weeks of taxes and rights to the fortress. Then it kicks everyone out and you have to refight to win it again.
People have been complaining about it, but honestly, why complain? It dumbs down the purpose of a fortress. I could sit and cry about the fact that my union can't take the fortress, but instead it encourages me to keep on working on building up my union and the guilds so that we can one day have a fair fight for it. Then if that happens, us or whoever else might happen to take it will deserve it, because they fought for it instead of cried for it.
Anyways though that is what I read about cSRO. I don't think they would out of the blue just change it in a suprise inspection. IMO!!!!!!!!!!

I completely agree. It's not impossible, as some people claim. The fortress has been lost on a few servers, because the attacking guild were better organised.
If at first you don't succeed, try and try again. Look at your strategies and your performance last time, and refine it.

No... you all got it wrong... it not a server inspection, they just want to shut down their servers for a while and take a smoke.

It is a matter of bad direction and disorganization totally. Even if they were to change the fortress war rules, I still don't think that this would have much impact on Venus server. It isn't that the fortress is "un-takable", it is that the challenging guilds should focus on taking the fortress not spending 10 minutes trying to take out the command post of the lowest level guild there!!! lol
Maybe cSRO changed the rules, but why change them for the cry-babies?
