Interesting Stuffs

I think I just spoke to one of the actual forum moderators on the phone ( by calling that US Joymax Office Number )!!!

Basically, I'll sum up what i've learnt from that brief, enlightening 2-3 minutes. ( Thank you for answering my call morningdew, knowing SOMEONE, as pathetic as it sounds, makes pulling through in this game SOOO much easier )

1. "I don't know who posted our number, but we are just forum moderators"~Morningdew on Phone. They're forum moderators. The actual Game Masters are FROM KOREA.

2. "We take all your bug reports from the report and forums, and then we send them to korea at the end of each day." If you post a bug report, or a bug/need fixing/ general tech support topic on the forums, the moderators do view it and they DO send in the reports to korea at the end of the day. ( "Morningdews" words, not mine )

3. *ME while talking, I prepared this script :)* "Well, I'm suprised that there was an actual human being on this end. I've played this game since the beginning, and what I've learnt, and I know you don't have to take my input on this but- the smallest amount of humanity, knowing someone, a PERSON is there and listening, and acknowledging our concerns, will make the biggest difference of all to the players. One thing about customer service I know, is that the humanity portion of it is a MUST."

At least say "thank you" or appreciate the people who moderate these forums. Theyre people too and theyre doing their job. They are at the bottom of the chain on power.

First straight talking, honest "Morningdew" I've talked to EVER.

I like to be on the good side of things :)

Also, we need to realize there are NO in game GM's. If we want to report botters, we need to do it en mass.

Might end up being a waste of time, but then again, you never know.

Basically our beef is with Korea. The San Jose office is no more than a distributing point between Korea's products and the customers that play the game. However I am suprised at the minimal feedback from the forum mods on the official website. It seems to me that they are not exactly doing their job. Never the less I am glad to know there are actual people that care on the Silicon Valley end of my connection.
