Remember when you had to spend forever back in the day farming at the bandit den?

remember when u didn't have to see a trail of bots following their rally points while u were riding to ur grind spot from town? remember when u had to actively seek out parties before grinding? remember when autopot got implemented and ppl were saying it's almost exactly like a 3rd party program that potted for u before then?

i still remember how "awed" i am to see those giant tiger ^^

I remember when I first started on greece and I thought 4th degree garments were the leetest thing ever.

I remember when my brother was trying to show me this free to play game he found.

After creating a login, the Connect button at the game screen didnt work so well.

I asked about it. Was told to spam click it. He prefered to repeat "magic button magic button" when clicking it. If lucky, you could get into the game.

It was sign with deeper meaning that I would only understand once my SRO downfall had came.

but yeah i remember when i started playing on babel, had like 3 weeks of being released (or something), and i saw people with these capes, killing each other, outside of jangan, i found that sooooo cool. Then i noticed i had to be lvl 10 to wear one of those, so i grinded so hard and when i finally put my cape on, OWNED, lol.


Also i remember my first trade run, i was a fresh lvl 20, and did a successful trade from jangan to dh, when i crossed ferry and saw those chakjis hitting on me, i was like "omg hardest mobs eva!!" zerked and everything. Then i got back on my horse and when i saw these bugs chasing me, i started spamming with "HALPPPP, HALPPPP!!11!!" and like 13123123 people came and helped me out.

Good times, good times.

I Remember those old days since there was no server traffic lawl .. i joined Athens since there was only 5servers . "Athens , Greece and 3more that i dont remember" then my acc's got banned =D
when i go bc to the day i used to farm in the bandits getting 200k SP's after 6 or 7 months lol that really makes me laugh ^^ now plvl is much easier for farming -.- dam those new players all they ask for is plvl. juz like i do with my char.

I started my first character on Xian then we suffered a week long inspection. When SRO was back, I logged on to Aege and was like "WTF where's my character gone?". Just in case I started a new one and played on Aege for months. BTW, my Xian character still exists

I remember my first guild 4554551N. Bunch of noobs we were but it was fun ^_^

When I started SRO I was totally noob at games, especially at MMOs. I've been playing on my sister's C64 (LoL, I still have it) in 1990-92. Lately I used PC for writing e-mails, checking sites, opening docs and so on, but not for playing... and in march of 2006 I entered on Oasis 8=)

Some weird things, I guessed or happened with me,

* Talismans weren't defense items, they're achievement of spells
* Been murdered by Tomb Stones a lot (NO autopotion)
* Bought LvL 16 SoS garment for 5k
* Grinded with a cape on, bc it looks kool
* Planned to buy a monkey from stall (it cost about 2 mill)
* Got owned by a guy from A_S_T_I_G while was thieving with a friend. He killed us -> took off ID -> logged off -> logged on and put a suit on. We were acting... :=D
* 20/18 Guild with lots of newbies, highest was 42+ (Hannah758)
* After eastern event (collecting eggs) ppl summoned mobs at Jangan's south gate. It was lethal.
* Mostly players used force tree and ressed noobs near the roads. 1st person who ressed me at yeohas was IsildurSaron. Thx again! :=)
* Sometimes I made escort with suit on for players who were sympathic ^^

I started when euro came out ... I can imagine how SRO was good at your's days ... Heheh too bad I wasnt with you ... I started playing it when my brother showed it to me ... His first complain was "woah , why it needs time to start moving" ... the traffic wasnt so bad ...

I joined Magistri then and meet Chabz and Shurma
Took me few months to realize that most of game are bots ... I was like lv.40 when Chabz told me and I couldnt belive it ... Hehe atleast traffic wasnt so bad

I remember when i made Pure str Sword

i remember back in the real early aege days when the first person hit lvl 60 and i saw a ox in dowhuang. i was like WTFOMG and the guild Heaven ruled the server with there 6x peps. and the bots where simple and you could lure the monster they were attacking for miles and they'd follow and not go back

lol the first time i played was when my younger brother introduced me to this game. i have never played any pc games or mmorpgs before and i was blown away. i had so much fun with my first char: lvl 29 fire,ice,lightning heuksal, force char. but i couldnt even kill monsters my lvl lol. i remember how happy i was when i got my first wolf on that char. i remember my first guild 'purityknights' back in venice and how we all used to have so much fun grinding lol. lol i also remember the first time i saw the zombie char and thought it was a super high lvl char >.<.

I remember when i first started the game, Jab gave me 100.000. I was in heaven, lol.

Finding skills at 7 lvl SMART
no stat points and lvl 1 weapon till 18 lvl priceless ^^
(sro was my first mmorpg game)
i remember when i started with glavie and when i saw other players having 2 degree glavies i were so jealous. at 18 lvl i finally got one and used. I was so happy but after 5 min i saw 3 degree glavie... i wanted it too .
And when in my first trade i lost it near down hang i came to pick it up from jangan without horse

omg no way my first guild on greece was 4554551N i wanted to join so i could have the name on my head to show off to my friends...

Seriously, i removed my name becuase it was my first char and it was a noob name.

i remember when i was running around asking for 10k please on xian ad got 20k yes you got it right 20k! from a player who was 60 and she was very kind. then the next week the 70 cap came out and i saw a ox and was like omg first person to see one but i wasnt

lol, i remember letting my lil bro choose wether i should add my stat points to str or to int lol

and oh yeah, i had all skills -.-

i was a glaiver/bower/swordsman pure str/nuker with force -.-

wow, i still remember my first trade...
Amazing, best trade ever..we didnt make it, but was awsome.
I miss going out of janguan and see these guys fighting with uber leet skills, so much damage going on ,lots of numbers, i was so amazed, back then i thought so many things were amazing, and i had so much fun..
