Post by Nader »

There are really no type such as glaivers that are better at one job. They are equally good at each job. Personally i dont think there is a point to jobbing before 8 degree because u dont last very long...personal experience.

STR based Glaiver/Blader = Hunter or Trader
STR (Pure/Hybird) Bow = Thief/Trader(They got range)
INT (Pure/Hybird) S/S = Thief/Trader
INT (Pure/Hybird) Spear = Thief

These are all in personal preference, and the above is just what I think what would be best for a trading caravan. A good tank to hold off all the thieves would be useful, and having range as a thief is definitely a + (having range in any situation is a plus :P ). But to be honest any build can pull off any job.

BTW besides trading, you should w8 till higher levels till you pick a job. Being a level 20 thief or hunter is no fun

lol i'm level 20 rogue/bard. guilds are very helpful ;D i did my first trade run yesterday with the help of a lvl 58 wiz hunter. he was teaching me and my friend how to do trade runs and we went from cons to samarkand with 2 full loaded horses. we died once but we still made HUGE profit. i made about 900k in 30 min
