Good luck setting up a dutch sro community. I don't think there are dutch communities yet.
Just don't underestimate the job, it's going to be a hard task.
Your website isn't working currently btw.

Many have tried before, all of them have failed.

What Deacon said is 100% true, Je gaat nooit genoeg users krijgen om het de moeite waard te maken.

Don't spend your time on a dutch sro community
I had one myself (Deacon probbably knows) with a mate

It can be working but you need much advertising,
With a small amount of members you wont make it.

sure, but if you took the effort to read the topic tittle, you would know it's nothing for you if you're not dutch.

@Heroo.. I don't need a forum with only dutchies and 90% oasis. 80% of those bot anyway so I wouldn't find a good place their.

+ I enjoy SRF. Other countries etc. Much fun. I stay @ SRF. Everything that will be posted @ SRF will be posted on that forum either :) So all replys will be "Yeah read it on SRF already" xD

sure, we don't need one, but it seems fun to me if we had one.

and i don't know about that, think other servers also have enough Dutch players.

and about the bot thing, sure, but i bet yah that 90% + of this forum also bots

you CAN'T escape the bot problem :(

reading comprehension at the topic title, would prevent you from making this post.

Anyways,

Doesn't matter how many people know if a forum's there, you would still need something to pull them away from the forum they've grown to love. A forum about the same subject, but newer, smaller, and different doesn't have what it takes.

Rioko was still some form of a pioneer when he started this in the early(er) days of SRO, and has therefor had the time to grow bigger and bigger.

Starting a forum now would get you 100 members, 1 post per day, and wasted bandwith.
