how to change password if you forget your security answer? plz help for noobie

hmm go to silkroadonline.net, and you know when you're trying to login? You can see a line that says, "If you have forgotten your password# or something like that, click it, and there it is, i think you need ur secret answer and email.

I know i need secret answer and email but i dont remember answer and cant change password..

if you cant remember the answer to your secret question you can never change it
