Lucky and Unlucky Items

Is it really true that some items are More lucky than others? Cause I hear people say some items are more lucky than others all the time. Does joymax just program it into the drop of how lucky it is or what?

its random, yes some items have a higher probability of success, but its still random

I have used 500+ elixirs to +7 my lvl 72 Blade and every time I got it to +5 I used Lucky stones after that and still no +7. I got it to +6 twice now it's +0.
Think I should just give up on +7?

Only helps you to reduce the number of elixirs and gold you expend (at the cost of silk o_O). I wouldnt try to force an item to go +7. Most of the +7 I made from scratch, required 7~10 elixirs.

Pay 5$ just to keep it at +4? Yea right ^^
