you think joymax is a worst company?

Yesterday i send a bug report about Acash payment, they fix the bug and finish em today, They expend the server capacity, they listen to your suggestion about the event, so much so on. How many times you have to complain and brag about they not doing their job? Bots is just hard to handle, ip ban they will change the next minute and restart again, how do you suppose that joymax is not a good company? If you got hacked do you expect joymax can tracked what you have been buying etc? So stop cursing joymax they have done GREAT.

JM isnt bad, they try but they can try harder, they slack when the going gets tough, and they shine whent he easy jobs come

As company JM is awesome, they earning money even from bad thigs, like server crowdness (Premium Ticket). They are smart, and thats good for a company.

The bot problem wouldn't be as bad as it's now if Joymax took action when they started appearing. Security should be much better. For that and anything related to it, I think Joymax is a bad company for not solving the problem and not listening when people ask them to do something about it.
When I look at the game itself, with its features and updates, I think they did a nice job which they can be proud of.
I just wish they'd solve the problems the game also has, aswell as its good things.

+1. i completely agree. if only the gm's finally ban all the bots and are able to block future bots, this game would be the best. seriously

joymax is bad cuz
1-i was hacked many times
2- now when i log in it says "blocked for ur personal information security please changer ur pass"
i tried to change it and got the verification code but the link they sent isn't working

they will be a good company if they made premium cheaper.
without premium the game is worst than worst.
im not going to spend money EVERY month just to sign on the game.

Joymax... It's not that they won't fix the game or are to lazy too, it's that they can't fix the game, they're incapable of doing so without the loss of profit. There are worse companies out there, but Joymax gets a pretty low score from me in attempt to be successful. I thought Joymax was a bunch of scammers, trying to rip off every penny from every customers pockets... that was until I started playing a game hosted by Microsoft...

joymax is one of the worst (if not the worst) companies currently in game business. The fact that they deny any communication with customers (yes , when you purchase silk you are a customer , not free player anymore) and that they care only about paypal proves the fact.
Few last happenings made the company completely drown (hack exploit on their own site , horribly late with updates) together with long lost ache with goldbots.
In general , i cant see how anyone who has played this game for a while ( 1 year+ ) can say that they are a good company to be proud of.

It's all about money Niton.. its about payment. When you ask a simple bug to be fixed it wont. Because it's not a priority.. Mention money in the bugs subforum on the official forum and poof theres morningdew responding. No money = no response

seriously..even a 11 year old could understand and see how bad the bot situation on isro is, yet they dont do anything for that.
They make the game f2p so they dont take responsabilities yet they literally makes us pay for it, since its ridiculous hard to play and get to a decent lvl with no silk at all.
They always add new stuff, new zomg pets, new other blablabla shit, yet 90% of that or even 98% of that you have to pay for it!
And other shit that have alredy been said in this topic and other that hasn't but really if you're gonna make a list about that, get prepared to waste some hours doing that, when in the end its not gonna do anything.
Oh cmon, cut that Farking bs talk of the "zomggggg why do yer say so much shizz about JM ! Uhh JM <3 Jm is so goooooooooooooood".

They can at least "fix" the goldbots then... but theres a loss of $$ in that too... less traffic -> less premiums bought. I think JM sold out completely. :/

JM is not the worst but definitely one of the bad ones.
They are lucky that they had SRO.
For those who knows how JM runs, would definitely not go for new games that they launch.

I don't think they are bad, but they just need to Listen to peple more. And not the people comlpaining but just the people of the SRO community and atleast ban a couple bots everyweek, Even if it's like 5 or something, but atleast then there would be a starting point.

if Joymax was smart they would have a premuim access pass for new players till lvl 20 or 20 days which ever comes first, how do they ever expect new player to stay with the game if they cant even log in to become addicted.

Well....Joymax had a bug that allowed easy hax. Then they told people how to expolit said bug. Then they blamed it on someone else.

Joymax aint the worst, but for sure thers alot of things thy could pull thier finger out on. There's alot of money to be made tho and now with more ridicolous things in item mall, revenue can only increase. SRO + penguins? tsk tsk.
But thy aint forcing u to play so if u feel tht strongly against them, just dont play, simple as.

and they still keep playing.....hehe one thing that bothers me most, is with all the item mall cash they got they can't even at least put in a working hack guard.
