Silkroad Standard Time Changed?

Hey,
Just if you haven't noticed the Silkroad Standard Time clock has stopped using military time so now its Am or PM.
Wonder what the hole point of that was?

For all Western Pacific People this means server inspection ends at 12:30 A.M.

Yeah, I'm from California. Anyways, wasn't there a 4 hour inspection + another 3-4 hours for the fixing naked bug/adding pets? I dont know; I just stumbled accross something to that extent int he SRO official website.
