*Hx0rerage?!

Man I log onto this game and I see my character his name is now "*Hx0rerage" and it doesn't show the username I gave him. Not only that but my wolfs name is also *Hx0rerage and doesn't show his name either, just shows like "wolf cub" or something. Why did this happen and how can I fix it?? Please help man, I don't know what's going on
Edit: It even says that's my username when I talk in the chat :/

3 Options.
1. You are lying.
2. Post a Screenshot before and after.
3. Maybe your client is messed up? Try re-installing once you have tried the all other things you can think of.

Well, this is the first time I've played in a really long time, and I had barely began the thief skill before I quit and never even got to do anything. I forgot about the whole job nickname thing
Well thanks guys for helping anyway and ps I just quit thieving gonna join trading since I'm a noob. I have to go now though cya

This reminds me of the time where before Euro patch a low level was getting hit by an NPC thief and the noob was like "STOP!" and then he got killed by the NPC thief and the noob was like "OMFG, You stupid noob!" I was crying in laugther.

Back in the days of the 60 cap i use to do that so much. Since i was brand new to the game and 1* popping was the craze back then, i use to always see random npc thieves near tigers. I use to tell them to go away or leave me alone, but it was all in vain.
Later on after hitting lvl 20 i learned they were npc thieves, so every time i use to grind near a trade route and see an npc thief, i would run away screaming "thief" to any fellow grinders so they knew to run as well. It was pretty funny watching 6+ people running away from 1 little npc thief.
Those were the days.

That happend to me -____-
The NPC Mage theif was at the back attacking me, There was a 2 Hander Theif and it kept knocking me over and i dont know how....but i died
