I'll never understand the whole point of the premium thing. It was a (somewhat decent) idea, badly implemented. In order to get preferred server access, you have to buy premium. If you just spend hundreds of dollars on astrals, pets, clocks, avatar items, and a wealth of other things, you get no preferred access.

I have zero plans of buying silk at all, nevermind premium. However, if I ever wanted to, can I buy premium on the website, or just in-game? Once I buy it, do I have to log into the game (fighting server traffic) just to apply the ticket to my character, or just the fact that I purchased it gets me in?

I would hope that you don't have to log in (through luck) and apply it for it to take affect...

Still, I think they should make it so if you spend a certain amount of money on ANY item mall stuff, you get preferred access.

-AND-

They should work hard (due diligence) to make the game environment a pleasurable one for the free players (and the silk buyers of course). Maybe then they'll be more willing to give Joymax money through the item mall.

Why should I spend (I think it's 20 bucks) a month for premium just to put up with all the bots, KSing, town spammers (yes you can block them -- but they should be BANNED), and all the other problems in the game, when I can log in for free and put up with the same problems.

Your company is so stupid honestly. Bloody hell your trying to sell premium that dosent even work, yes you log in or not (some users cannot log in even with premium) and then you get disconnected again. Why? because you and your dumb staff can't even ban a few or all gold bots. If I worked for your stupid company, I would put the customers first. Lots of people are leaving your once was beautiful game when there werent any bots and GM Pizza and Crayon were still working there.

Nha it usually takes until the next server inspection.. so it will take a week for him lol.

This thread just proves their shit. MD is like some forum auto reply bot. Any thread with 'MorningDew' in it and I can assure you he/she's in there somewhere saying somethign along the lines of:

'Your own fault'
'Fraud'
'Joymax will not restore anything'
'You shall be banned'

4000$ later and what had Joymax given me? **** all. No random thank you, no pm from a GM not even seen a GM since I left Troy in summer of '06. Pathetic excuse for being a company who is 'busy'.

Hope he chargesback and fucks them over big time. I would Chargeback too at least 1000$ but other peopel are involved so that's a no go =/
