I just died trying to run Jangan to DW...anyone know a better route? or is the problem that I tried to run it alone?

Um, grind to level 32 or 39 and try again. good luck

either Jangan to DW or Conts to Sam, the only problem is are you going to be killed by lvl 30 mobs if you are alone? other then those 2 routes there is no other place to go other then when special goods sell then you could do jangan to bandits den.

Dont do a trade run at lvl 20 unless you have a friend helping you, wait until at least lvl 27-30 so you can kill Earth Ghost once your around 30 or higher go from Constan to Samarkand or vice versa, more money.

Selling what? And I have no friends

go from DW to jangan and buy loads of horse pots and once pas earth ghosts should be a walk in the park i just did one level 21

Silk? Red Silk? What did you sell? I was doing it from Jangan to DW and I got across the river fine and was doing well until those Earth Taoists.

lol, why does the route matter unless he's doing 2* + trades then he shouldnt be alone anyways.

First of all you ask him. Second of all even if he is doing a 1 star trade he still needs to survive from mobs. And Third of all he whats a fast and reliable route.

Wear your trader job suit and go do the bandit den quest. Set your town at Jangan. Just trade form Jangan -> Bandit Den. When you get there and after you sold all your stuffs, destroy the trans and use town scroll back to Jangan.
Keep repeating if you want to trade more.

Other than that, trade 5 stars to anywhere you want only with a 70s+ hunters

I'm on Neptune server, and I was looking for a route around the earth taoists if possible. It's all good, I think I'm gonna put the whole Merchant business on hold until I grind to a higher level.

just go the normal route i'll my noob map, and you only need to be lvl 24. That way earth ghost are no prob.





the last two are pre - euro. The old days were alot tougher, scarier, and more exciting.

ge to 25 and you'll have no problem getting to dw (aslong as you don't go through the taoist those will rape you easily.

Join a guild. Make friends. This is an MMORPG.

DONT go through the canyon.. UUGH!!, on the map go across the first river., follow that path , and go through the hyungo place, you should survive, then just follow the path to DW, never go through the canyon unless u can survive

i went jang to dw solo when i was lv 20...

bard's noise is damn helpful... keeps everything off of you and your horse so you dont have to fight any monsters

I ran the safest route....but got jumped by three thieves, and while they couldn't directly attack me they lured monsters to me until I had about ten level 22 monsters surrounding me...killed and they got my camel. 100k down the drain.

yeah i used to trade alot, back in the popping days. Then persia came out and i have been a thief ever since [i found popping at lvl 30 easier than dodging poppers at lvl 30 >.<] i made those maps when i hung around the official forums alot.

@ashero, You're glaive get to lvl 22 - 24, then you can fight all mobs you bump into except taoist [you shouldn't bump into taoist though]

anyway where as long as you ahve a lvl80 hunter

Just take the fastest route...faster = safer, less chance to meet more than 1 high level thief, and at your level it doesn't really matter if you do 1*...plus, no earth taoists.

From Barotix's post, first picture, take dark blue road until you get past tiger mountain, then take the yellow road. Fastest and safest for a low lvl since you won't have to kill anything higher than devil bugs....except earth ghosts, but those are few and can be dodged, or you can get on your horse and pill your way to DW.

Grind to lvl 32 or higher, cause at lvl 20, alot of thiefs have lvl 20 friend ks you so they can steal the loot. After lvl 30 they are usually less likely cause it's harder to regain xp lost from murder.

Last night I ran five trades...a 1*,2*,3*,4*, and a 5*; albeit it was at five in the morning, but we made it. I now have 2m in the bank. Thank you all for your help. I got SS but I don't really know what hosting service to use.
