no people knew how to hack it prior to them saying anything, they just brought it out into the public so SRO would do something about it, and there was 2 parts to the hack, they only released 1 part, if they wouldnt have said anything 100's of more accounts would have been silently hacked.

Crumpets I love your sense of humor.
How does a company know there is a problem if no one points it out? There are people who get paid to hack into companys to explore how the company can better protect its customers, the only thing is that rev6 didnt get paid for it but did save alot of people.
Besides joymax has thier eyes set on how fast thier wallets are filling, rev6 had to give them such a startle that they would stop looking at thier wallets and pay attention to thier game even if only for a few days till it was fixed. Now with the release of the devil wings, they are back to watching thier wallets grow, they even added new slots so more people could buy wings/pts.
Joymax is a bussiness they could careless about your sun+7 they only care that someone somewhere spent money on astrals and immortals on it. Joymax watches money, they dont watch you trying to log in for hours, if you wanted to log in you would pay the monthly log in fee of twenty bucks. Its that simple sad to say.
