Panoramas

Photoshop does a pretty darn good job at making panoramas. The draw distance of Silkroad presents a challenge, but wouldn't it be nifty to have a panorama of every major area? If we could do that, we could map them out on a Silkroad world map, ala Street View. It would be groovy. 8)

Anyone else ever thought to make a panorama?
(Photobucket munched my beautiful panorama. :x)

Set the camera at quarterview and take lots of screenshots. Then File -> Automate -> Photomerge.

I agree that one of the things Joymax could do to improve the game's graphics would be to allow even larger background driving distance. Distance 5 just isn't enought. Distance 10 would be quite nice... For those that can handle it, of course.

Don't think so. Alot of people have big Halo posters on their wall, GTA posters etc. Now thát could be considered sad. This is just some nice scenery.

Lol, from what I've seen 90% of the peopel that play sro can't even have both settings on 3.

Theres no point maximising it for us, the select 10%.

1gb of ram can handle a lot.

If only Joymax fixed this unstable version, it could go even further. Too mad it's got some serious memory leaks since legend II.

Not bad. You've got some issues with stitching in the middle, but otherwise it looks great.

Is that on the newer versions of photoshop? The one I'm using here at work doesn't have "Photomerge" under Automate. :(

I've seen it on CS2 and CS3. Don't have any older versions handy.
