Which 1 is better Division or Decay?

I m pure Str Blader
I got Division in chains, i was thinking to get Decay from Force Tree.
Is it worth it ?

... chinese attack with mag and phy attack, so is better

bleed + division = pwned
if you get force
bleed + division+ decay = OWNED IN THE A$$

division allows greater damage than bleed
however division can be pilled off (i think)
bleed cannot

they can both be pilled off with the 20K pills
