about email verification

Is it true that once you have verified your email it can't be changed?
I logged on my one account and i could change my email [verified]
then i logged on my second account and I was asked to verify it even thou it was verified at same day email verification was implemented.
Can anyone explain?

If it's true then please explain this part:

You do know that Joymax ToS says you can only have 1 account per person right? If they wanted to be jerk offs you'd be banned for posting that you have 2 accounts. Im just saying tho, doubt they'll do anything.
