Confirmation of 2nd Fortress War date?

So, seem to have a lot of people speculating about when the 2nd fortress war will be (seems to be either the 10th of January - same time as the 1st war? or in 3 weeks or so - as the fortress states in-game).
Have either of these dates or any other dates been officially confirmed yet by someone from SRO, or is it still speculation?
I am aware that the site originally stated that it would be every OTHER Thursday initially, with Jan 10th, being that day, but has anything else been confirmed since? Thanks for any help in advance and my apologies if this has already been answered.
