I am sadly to say today as of being hacked during the rev6 exploit, I am growing very tired of silkroad.The countless attempts to rebuild my account ending in all of failure due to server traffic , unability to buy silk, and the endless amount of goldbots ksing everything I even think of attacking.

Long time ago there was a little flame inside me which encouraged me to just try to log in just 1 more time , Cmon! I dare ya! And there i was logging in when.. I looked, my char was naked, i logged in soon to find lvl 30 murderer and nothing...... I was furious, i spent so much time on to that and now everyday I dont even want to try on the new servers. Despite the fact that I can manage to log in fairly only because of the fear of loosing everything.

As you may or may not know I have been looking forward towards the next server, Hera, Just waiting for it come so I can at least manage myself to lvl 32 again. Because thats when it gets boring, Grinding gets slower, But whatever.

So I am not sure what to do now , I am clueless. I really like this game, its just the support is terrible.So the fire has stopped burning. I need you guys's opinions on what I should do? End my pain and delete it? Or make one final attempt to restore all that was lost in the new server?....

I was hacked 3 times in a roll and watched good number of my guildies getting hacked after JM let out our ID on the forum thing long time ago. I was level 67 leading a union, hackers don't care about all that stuff you've built up I suppose. Its SRO.

I've tried coming back, and I did come back, for a total of 2 times, and I gave up. I still love SRO. I will probably keep coming back, and keep quitting.

I think you should give yourself some time, before coming back again. When your blood is thirsty for some hardcore grinding you'll know its the time And then find a server with a big, legit union that can play alongside you.

Games should be about enjoyment.When you get to a point where you feeling like you have to work in this game instead of enjoying it, its time to quit.

my suggestion join hera...get ahead of the gold bots...stay ahead of the gold bots...log in early...stall when afk...dont dc.

You will be fine but the "little fire burning inside" sounds kinda emo.

I have waited long enough and it seems as though tons of legits here are moving to it. But you know with school and homework and everything I may not have that much time on my hands.

Pay someone to do ur homeworks? If that sounds to harsh then date a girl to do your homework for you.

Got me thru highschool fine now im at Texas A&M on almost full scholarships ^_^

Lol! If only i could! Thing is.. Im only 13 , in the 8th grade.. Dont go flaming on me that im a 'lil kid..

I hated the 8th grade...no I lie I loved it and I was 12 (started school early) I had my first girlfriend then...she did my physics for me...

I guess this was a long seated tendency of mine

I liked 7th grade though.. Was pretty fun. Got to admit.. Sh1t gets alot harder over time, i remember practically teaching the math class, now im failing Algebra 1!Rofl..

Every year makes the previous years seem easy. My senior year in hs i complained about calculus...now im taking differntial equations I'd kill to be back in calc -.-

I quit for a while at 35 ish now I have 2x lvl 77+ and so many 52+ i could start a guild

Well i made it to 74 before.... But it took a year.. and a half or something. Lol

ouch, did you give out your info to someone or get keylogged? how do people manage to get hacked all the time

Rev6 exploit.. One of my old friends hacked me.. He had my name and email and went from that. That is literally all you needed. The one night of Hell.. joymax.com/portal. Just one night and I HAD to be one of the people to be hacked.. I love it.

Yeah my thread is kinda hi-jacked.. Wow beginning to not like it here all of a sudden..

I hate to be the downer here but moving to another server will not help. It is only a matter of time till the server is over run with the same crap that the older servers have. Same problems logging in. Same gold bots and player bots KSing you. Same fustration as your account gets stolen through no fault of your own and joymax tells you that it is all your fault that joymax is inept.

I have given up lvling all my chars and only play my 80 now. And that 80 at this point will likely not see 90. If joymax can't be bothered to manage their game I don't think I can be bothered to play it. Investing time in the game is somewhat pointless since it can all be stolen in a blink with no recourse. My memories of the game almost make it to painfull to play seeing what it has become. LOL oh well there are much better games out there than SRO.
