Tigers = Better Drop Possibility?

Ok i was looking at some old threads and i noticed most people who had sox drops were from tigers. Persoanlly this happened to me too. I've gotten a total of 5 sos drops since i've started playing last year. 3 were from tigers which were a garm chest, prot shoulders, and garm hands. While the other two one was from earth ghosts prot shoulders and my luckiest was from evil order archers sos lvl 24 dual axe +2 the week right after euro came out. But thats beside the point. Has anyone noticed a higher better drop rate at tigers? and no i didnt spend any more time grinding there than anywhere else. If anything i spent less time there than chakjis as that quest took forever

maybe the drop rate is better for lower lvls. taht is why probably

it is better at low level (because they need to get money)

I think some mobs have higher sox drop rates than others. Tigers, Earth ghosts and ...those lvl 10 guys with hammers at the euros have higher sox drop rates than other mobs around their level. Most of the sox I've gotten have been at Earth ghosts and the I've seen a lot of ppl get lvl 8 sox weapons from those lvl 10 euro mobs...

If you really think about it, you've spent a lot more time at bandit archers or white tigers, but tigers are usually where people get the sox stuff.

yes tigers have highest chance..Im lvl 80 i grind there for sosun gear and weaps.

No but really i actually had that too lol..when i used to grind at tigers i got so many drops i still remember..

well always remember when u kill somethink green u get more items but less exp and killing reds with give you more exp but bearly any items then its balanced with whites

Its really a matter of luck. The type of mob you train on doesn’t matter. With my first archer I got a sos chest protector off of hyungo ghosts. With my old wizard I got a lvl 16 sos harp from poliklopes. With my most current charicter, my hyb bow, I was sp farming at lvl 24. I farmed on the pilots and pirates at the tower just south of the sigia dock, I found 3 sox items there in less than a week. One was a sos shoulder armour piece, an other was an SOM lvl 16 shield, and another sos somethingI don’t remember. And I was wondering around the wolfs just past the pirates and pilots with a warlock that I had, and found a lvl 24 sos harp that I didn’t even realize I found. I looked in my pet like 10 minutes later when I got into town and almost poo'd my pants (I LOVE MY ABILITY PET)

Sox are completely random, but the higher the spawn rate the better the likelyhood, as you are killing more creatures and getting more drops.

i understand that sox drops probably occur more at lower lvls since lower lvls need money. But like i said why tigers? why not another low lvl mob do sox drops more frequently occur. Im not saying that sox drops are not random i agree they probably are but with random things there could be a possibility that they drop more in one area than another. right?
